Which plan should I choose?
All plans include the same core production features — statuses, ship-by deadlines, custom columns, saved views, drafts, packing slips, Shippo labels, and fulfilment sync. The main differences are order volume, staff access, and Pro+ support options.

What counts as an order?
An order counts toward your plan limit when it is synced into Orderline, in any state. Orders enter Orderline from their initial path as unfulfilled Shopify orders.
Starter includes up to 100 orders per billing period; Pro up to 500; Pro+ is unlimited. Plans are billed every 30 days.
What happens if I exceed my order limit?
- Orderline will notify you when you approach your plan’s order limit.
- If you exceed it, new orders from that day onward will not sync into Orderline until you upgrade.
- Existing orders and data remain fully accessible — nothing is deleted or hidden.
- Once you upgrade, missed orders sync so you do not lose them.
Free trial, billing, and cancellation
- Trial: 7 days on every plan with full feature access. Uninstall before the trial ends if it is not a fit — you will not be charged.
- Billing: Prices in USD, billed every 30 days. Cancel or change plans anytime.
- Install: Subscribe via the Shopify App Store.
