Getting Started with Orderline

Install Orderline from the Shopify App Store, open your production Orders view, and set up statuses, ship-by, and columns for made-to-order work.

Install the app

  1. Open the Orderline listing on the Shopify App Store:

  2. Click Install / Add app and approve the requested permissions for your store.
  3. Open Orderline from your Shopify admin sidebar (or the apps list).

Connect your store

After installation, Orderline syncs your orders automatically. The first sync may take a few minutes depending on order volume.

When sync finishes, open Orders in Orderline. You should see your open work on Orderline’s own orders screen—not a replacement of Shopify Admin Orders, but a production-oriented list beside it.
